That's proberbly why I'm a detailer ....chasing perfection ...keep on top of your car...it's nothing amazing or overly special but gets looks because it looks as good if not better than new

Haven't seen the interior or paint work yet lol ....be even more OCD

Same here, mate.

Mine looks very standard, but the shine on the paint makes people comment on it.

It is in need of a good machining again, but don't have the time, space or weather to get it done just now.

The workshop that I sometimes use is not accessible just now, as there are loads of crates in the entrance passage, so I will just have to wait a while.

Should try carpro cquartz or gtechniq c1 + EXO - amazing scratch resistance and no wash marring (for at least 12-18months)

Bought a set of these bad boys...
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2518507369...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

I know they will more than likely get nicked while I'm away again, but the grub screws will hopefully deter the little scroats that just pinch them for their bicycles.

Also, finally fitted this on the inside of my carport (thanks V40owner - Nuno)...

Might give that a go, mate.

I have a bottle of C1 in the shed, but never used it yet.

Normally use either Sonus, or Zaino products on the car.

Sonus - Better at bringing the paint back from holograms and swirls.

Zaino - Cleaner to use, with less dust and even works on the black trim.

Used C4 on the bumper trim before and G1&G2 on the windscreen - all excellent results!
