Let down before mot

Has anybody bought parts of this guy?.. i bought some rear seatbelt catches nearly two weeks ago and have not showed up, ive emailed, text and phoned with no joy. Its not a huge amount of money but i needed parts for the mot which ive now had to cancel... the ebay account has been limited due to selling parts not listed through ebay.
There could be a good reason but its dissappointing to have no contact.... so looks like im going to have to find alternative parts now.
