My front passenger seat (or something in that vicinity anyway) seems to click when I pull away or stop. Definately interested to hear what fix the dealers are applying.

Got my car back this afternoon, and it's booked in for a further two day session where they intend to strip the seat down to investigate the clicking noise

After some investigation they are ordering a replacement part for the seat mechanism, when picking the car up I didn’t have time to ask for too much info so not sure what part.

The car is booked in for April 1st so I will update with what parts have been replaced and whether it has made any difference.

Other than the noisy seat I am over the moon with the car still in awe of the jump in technology from the V60 I had previously.

Both my seats were doing the drive off click and stop click, wasn't that intrusive but would be interested to see the fixes.

Would be quite nervous about a dealer taking the seat base/back apart as once they come apart they never go back together quite as well again. From the factory they foam inside is stapled in place and secure and when the dealers have a go they cable tie the foam back in place which is never as good as the factory fit, that said not sure about SPA seats.

Not sure if it’s the same issue but my V60 was in on Tue for the creak/click in the drivers seat to be looked at, no strip down just some ‘special grease’ applied which seems to have done the trick so far. They did say it’s a known issue.

My dealer had two goes to fix the seat which didn't work, before doing the big bang and replacing the entire seat frame. It's now rock solid, no movement no clicks. It's great!
