Default Seat Belt problem

XC90 Executive '11 plate.

I have a problem with trying to release the NSF seat belt. It seems to be the button push... it feels stiff, but will then eventually give after a few tries.

Are these get-at-able? Or should I just get a replacement and fit a new one.
If it is fitting a new one, are they a dockyard job or a simple one bolt and it's done?

If anyone's read one of my other threads, I can say I've gone through it to make sure it's clean and there are no biscuits/food/or toys wedged in it.

Thanks in advance.

Before going down the replacement route try a squirt of wd40, or a silicon spray lubricant. Worked on my xc70 that had the same problem.
