Default Bulb replacement - dipped beam

Hi, I’m needing to change the dipped beam halogen bulb on my mk3 v70 (2010). I can get the headlamp unit out without any bother, but I can’t for the life of me see how to actually get the bulb out of the unit! ..... the book says to push down the holder, but I’m not too sure which but to push down. Don’t want to use too much force in case I’m ushing on the wrong bit and end up breaking something...... can anyone explain this to me? .... thanks

Push down and turn anti-clockwise?

Push on the back of the electrical plug, if still attached, or on the 3 metal prongs if you've taken the plug off

You may well find the headlights need re aligning once the bulb is changed. I have every time I have had to replace a dipped beam bulb.
Only use long life bulbs the volvo ones are made by Osram I think.

Dipped is easy, pull it out, disconnect the plug, replace with new bulb an push it back in again til it clicks. Full beam is a pain if its jammed as it can break the reflector pins (did on mine...).
