Default Bought A Faulty Part.....

I Bought a part from Rufe on here at Volvo and I think the part has failed on me after little over a month. Nothing bad against him but don't know where to go now as I had the part fitted by an independent garage. It should be covered under manufacturers warranty but do I take it back to my local Volvo dealers or send it back to Rufe? Also how do I go about 'trying' to get Volvo to pick up the labour cost to take the box back off and change the part over?

firstly you need to be 100% sure it has failed , What is wrong?
Then it has to go back to Rufe . You wont be lucky enough to claim for the labour though . It is quite possible the fitting garage damaged it , so after sending it back and they will examine it you might still have to buy a second new one or claim from the fitting garage .

It's a slave and clutch hardly rocket science really so can't see the garage damagening it but you can't be 100% sure. Well think its lession learnt and Volvo can no go suck a lemon as they have lost my business hence why I went to an independent. Now lost business all together.
