Front brake hose
Does anyone with a 2003 V70 (Euro3 D5 with 17" wheels) know what length brake hoses are required for the front please?
The ATE web catalog lists 2 possible lengths, 300mm & 320mm. The 320mm length is described as "Not for rim size 17 inch". I have 17" wheels so according to ATE I need 300mm. However, just measured mine and they are 320mm. Mine have an MOT advisory & need replacing. I'm inclined to order the same length as already installed but, just wondering if the P.O. fitted wrong size... Thx |

Just looked online at FCP Euro. It appears that 286mm and 305mm discs shar same size of hose but that the 330mm discs require a longer one. I have not seen any reference to wheel size. In NA the only S60s with 330mm rotors in front are the R’s I think. Prob same over there.

Just looked at both the ECP and FCP websites.
FCP also lists the pukka volvo part (#30792530). The longer length ATE line is indicated as a replacement for this OEM part# so I'll give it a go. Thanks guys. |
