Why is this list only for Non Franchised Mechanics, as some franchised dealerships will in variably be cheaper than some listed on this thread, and give a legitimate g'tee with their work.

May i add a Very big "thank you" to GRN motors of smetwick birmingham.
These guys go the extra mile with the car, they really do know there volvo's imho.
Heartily recomend there services.

Is it possible to add Lake's Autos on the A1 in Wyboston.

They have always been very helpful, always have parts available and to my knowledge, have always been a great independent garage who always look after your car and make you feel welcome

I would highly recommend this garage for anything to do with Volvo, including advice!

This small garage is run by Kevin who has Volvo experience for many years. He has looked after my v70 and s60 for the last 12 months and he does a great job, great honest service at a great price.

Anyone in the Reading/Wokingham area should use him to look after their Volvo rather than a dealer.

My XC90 has only been serviced by Volvo Dealer. However, I'm looking to have IPD anti-roll bars installed and I would also be happy to find someone who is better than the dealer for servicing.

Preferably looking for specialist on West side of London inside M25 along A4 and A40 corridor where closer to central is better.
