Hi Guys. A newbie here and as usual with a problem and needing help.

The wife has a 2009 V50 R 2.4D, which goes like a scolded cat. But has started vibrating like there is no tomorrow on acceleration.

I would have thought it was a drive shaft but no they are just fine.

Next Engine mounts.

I removed the bottom front RH mount this afternoon - Looks OK.

I removed the top Left Hand Mound (beneath the Battery) and I I think its collapsed. It was still full of oil but it was sitting down on the outer rim.

I drilled it out and blew out the oily stuff, cleaned it out with Acetone and tried refilling it with 2 pack polyurethane.

It was stiffer and didnt sit on the outer rim any more but it still vibrates under heavy loads.

I recone the car kicks out 250BHP so its quite a heavy load.

A replacment mount is 100 Pounds + so am I on the correct path or is there another likely cause?

Thanks in advance.
