Default XC60 2014 Internet Problems

My Volvo won't connect to the the internet even though my mobile phone says it is connected but I'm unable to open and Volvo apps or use the interenet. When you go to wifi it says it is connected but when you click back where the arrow should be green it is just spinning as if it is searching and when you click on the network it shows all networks and mine with a green tick saying connected. Any ideas please, it was working before?

I have a V90 and having the same problem, it was working last week but now won't connect to Spotify or any other installed apps. Only thing that has changed is i have downloaded the new maps.

Very frustrating
