Main Volvo dealer have tried to fix mine but got no where and can't work out why it is happening so have only suggested 'part swopping' of locks etc for which I never even bothered to ask how much.

I am going to try some shims aka 'washers' on the bottom bump stops and see what happens. Watch the start of the video and then just after 8 minutes in.

I've been the 'washer' route on the lower buffers, sadly it didn't work......but I did not do the adjustment shown in the video for the top buffers......
So, new buffers fitted (£25) a week ago......opened every time so far.
I also had this code in Vida....POT-U300316....cleared it after fitting the new buffers and it's not returned as yet....but it is only a week....
