Will it fit?

I have a 2005 V70 2.4, I have been offered a boot blind (at a very good price) from a 2007 (57) model, my question is, will it fit/compatible?

Also, the the boot of my car there is a cover (offside) that covers some fuses, the catch is broken, does anyone know that part number or description so that I can search for a replacement?

Re: the broken trim in the boot, on the back you should find a label with part number and the colour. The little catches tend to break but it'll stay in place fine all the same.
