S60 (52) wing mirror cover in blue

I returned to my car recently to find that a kind motorist had pushed in my nearside wing mirror and taken off the panel covering the rear of the mirror. The panel was nowhere to be found!

Car is a 52 plate S60 in dark blue, with no indicators on the mirrors.

Ebay breakers have been unresponsive.
