Default Leaking injector

Hi guys, wondering if anyone could help.

My car's just been in the garage to have a leak on the top of the second injector from the driver's side fixed. The mechanic changed the spill pipes with genuine Volvo replacements. I got the car Friday and everything was fine, but on my way to work this morning I could smell diesel fumes in the cabin again, so opened the bonnet and there was diesel pooling around the first and second injector. The car runs fine, pulls cleany and has no starting issues. The mechanic has either done a **** up, misdiagnosehd the fault or the injector has some leakage around the top which I guess means a replacement or a reconditioning.

Any ideas guys? I'm taking the car back tonight after work so he can have a look.

Thanks

I took it back to the garage after work for him to see and by the time I'd arrived there was smoke coming from the engine compartment. He opened it up and one of the spill pipes had come loose, apparently it's something to do with the clips.
He put the pipe back and is ordering new clips tomorrow.

Fingers crossed!!
