When you can just pull out a pin, slide out the headlight unit, and change a bulb on the bench instead of grovelling around in the engine bay or even worse, in the wheel arch. (At least that’s how easy it is on my C70!)

My car is actually called Sven, but in my defence my wife chose the name, I was going with Bjorn.

Your 20 year old car still looks and drives by new, even though it has not had any special attention.

When your morning startup routine is as follows:

1. Start engine
2. DTSC OFF
3. DLRs OFF, sidelights ON.

Simple, changed the bulbs!

Not quite that simple, they are LED bulbs but they're not cheap. They're specifically designed to convert from H4 halogen to LED operation so won't cause MoT problems.

There are others around for H3, H7 etc, not sure what bulbs you have in yours.

Mine are H1 for the dipped beam. Where did you get them from?
