If all else fails then some rare parts especially for the T5R are available form the States - 'Volvopartswebstore'. If you have a bit of a shopping list then the $12.95 isn't too bad. Also, their exploded views of every area of the car are very useful for a variety of purposes (part numbers/ how things come apart/go together etc.)

I've used PFS and FRF and have never had any problems with either of them. Don't disregard Volvo main dealers either. They can be more competitive than you may think and a good parts department guy is well worth nurturing.

I've never ordered anything from Skandix yet but their online catalogue is invaluable, likewise Volvopartswebstore.

I have returned parts and exchange units with no issues at all, in fact the only problem has ever been as above with stuff being out of stock. The online chat thing is handy too I find if you need stuff sorted. They have never got an order wrong for me either to be fair.

Placed an order on Monday there, will see when it turns up....
Order arrived yesterday (Tuesday) so as expected really, no complaints!
