I know I'm biased but I think they look sweet

Exterior wise I still have roof spoiler to fit and some bits and pieces of paint to tidy up and I'm pretty much there
Looking good Mark! They really suit the car and the colour too!

All you need to do now is match the front and rear indicator lenses - either both orange, or both clear, but not different at each end of the car!

I was thinking that but my rears are good Genuine Volvo so I'd rather have them than cheapo clear ones.

Good thing is when I stand at the front I cant see the rears and vice versa so they'll be staying as they are

Volvo or Valeo Mark? By the time yours was made, Volvo were fitting Valeo rear clusters with Volvo on them. That said, if you did change for the look, you could put the originals away safely and fit :

They do the other side as well for a similar price.

I've not fitted a Jetex system Mark but was under the impression they are aluminised mild steel. Good quality but mild steel nonetheless.

If you're looking for stainless, something like this might be better :

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_fro...acat=0&_sop=15

The USA didn't get the 940 after 1995 so you may have to do a bit of digging to find the right one to fit yours. You might also find a secondhand stainless system on ebay UK a lot cheaper, i know Luke has found one in Norwich that he's going to be picking up at some point.
Alternatively i'm sure you could find a stainless exhaust builder who would build you the system you want (perhaps a sporty rasp/growl under load but otherwise quiet rather than the out-and-out bark from some aftermarket systems) to your specifications.
Prices are usually in the £4-600 region but if it's done right, will outlast the car.

*** EDIT *** Seems i was wrong about Jetex not doing stainless, just found this on ebay :

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Volvo-740...m/183628690950

I've already got an aftermarket back box on mine (stainless internals, polycarbonate outer case with twin tailpipes from the silencer, not a stupid "Y" piece!) but am looking at a universal stainless middle box for mine for about £40 - it's usually the boxes that go first so you could also consider that option, repalce boxes piecemeal with stainless until the pipework gets to be more work than pipe then get an exhaust builder to replace the pipes and use your silencers.
