Default Is This The Best Towing Combination Ever??

Made the mistake of buying job lot of old Practical Classics magazines from eBay, but what a mine of information although the prices can make you weep.

Wonderful article on what has got to be one of the coolest car and caravan combo’s, although £25k for the old French caravan !!! And that was 13 years ago😀😀

Cheers
Steve

If Corgi had asked my 10 year old self which boxed toy combo to make next, this would have been up there with my black JPS Lotus Eclat towing an F1 car !

Espada + caravan = inspired

Oh, dear: I lose Top Trumps again.
All I've got is a model VW Microbus towing a teardrop.

Steve, If you are into classic car magazines I wonder if you might be interested in another job lot of Classic Car Weeklys? I have 20 years' worth in parcels of 6 months, which you could have FOC, but it would need to be by collection only from Loughborough. They're in our storage unit in two stacks about 5 feet tall, which should fit nicely in the back of a 940 estate!

If you're not interested yourself, I'm happy to extend the same offer to anyone else on a first come, first served basis. The crosswords in them have been completed and I do need to dispose of them, but I am reluctant to just send them for recycling. Any interest?

Regards, John.

John, thank you so much for your kind offer, unfortunately I’m also, such a hoarder of old car magazines, that I am probably going to need to thin my collection down, rather than take on more😀

Hopefully someone else might be able to benefit, as it just feel wrong putting books or magazines into recycling.

Cheers
Steve

That's definitely the most stylish way of travelling to a field and taking a dump in a bucket!

Can't see Sophia Loren tagging along back in the 70s though.🤔
