Thumbs down XC60 position lamp and bulb doesn't work after replacement

Hi,

Just replaced XC60 2008 LED position lamps and bulbs but passenger-side is still off. Tried to use working driver-side lamp and bulb to passenger side but it still didn't work.

Could someone give a guess, what could be wrong? I appreciate any help, just please don't tell me that it could be CEM...

Thank you in advance

LED bulbs only work the correct way round. Try turning it if the holder alows it to fit either way.

try changing the corresponding 5w front parking light bulb you might find the old LED works then

Thank you for the hint but this was the first thing I checked. I know these bulbs and LEDs are wired together so if one doesn’t work, it doesn’t work

Before driver side led stopped working, it blinked a lot. Passenger side stopped working after few weeks.

yes they were wired in series on the very early model , they soon changed it to more conventional wiring later . I wonder if you have the correct Early LED unit ... are there two available i wonder denoted by chassis number ?

I should have. Ordered from Germany and driver side LED works as it should.
