Only if your mother approves?

I do remember an incident with Veggie oil being used to top up a Perkins by mistake (Bulk cooking oil from USAF in same type of container and locker as top up oil, label on engine oil one had rubbed off), new crew person was asked to top up oil.
Result was complete failure of almost every bearing and ring, plus a real strange smell like badly burnt chips!

Talking Oil, oil, oil. I'm drowning in oil.

But I'm off to Tesco's before...

What you see is not what you necessarily get...
Only go to Tesco for cleaning products, toilet paper and wet cat food and litter..... Just happened to see the offer and thought some people might be interested.

Haven't seen read and of your previous posts about it, and I am a bit concerned now, as I was thinking of getting some for our car for next years service

No Gatos i have never posted about my problems with Tesco so you haven`t missed anything...

I bought a cabbage one day with 3 days left on the date, when i cut it in half it was rotten to the core. It would of cost me 6 cabbages in petrol to return it.

This is just one example.

When it comes to the automobile as i have been into cars all my life i only buy the best for it as i have been caught so many times with rubbish bits.

So offers i ignore as they are probably old stock or theres a catch somewhere on the label.

The money saved is nothing compared to the cost of worry if it`s ok or even some damage you don`t know that has happened.

OK, so may be alright but i will never chance it.

lol. I like your new currency; Cabbages...... I know what you mean though. Happened to us as well a couple of times, where we bought pork or chicken with a few days left till the End date and the minute I opened them up, I could smell that they had gone off. I have never trusted these Best By dates and only trust my eyes and my nose.

I see what you mean about the oil, so not 100% sure now my self either....
