Default V50/S40 Dual Exit Back Box

I have a dual exit back box and centre pipe with silencer for sale -
This should fit any of the diesel or petrol models, and should more or less be a straight fit.

Taken from an '09 V50 D5

Price is £80 o.n.o collected from the Hull area.

Hi yes it is indeed, I see you're based in Winchester which is a hell of a drive from the Hull area!

I'm on hold at the moment.

I would like to upgrade the exhaust on my 2.0d, not so much for looks but for performance, on a budget.

So just looking into what exhaust are out there and which if any from other models will work and fit.

Do you know if your twin exit exhaust will flow better than whats on mine as standard?

It would be merely for aesthetics, though you'd likely see a increase in acoustics if you gutted the insulation from the box.

I did the D5 back box conversion on my 1.6 DRIVe and it made the back of the car look great but no performance advantage. It was nice to see steam out of both pipes when cold though unlike my current Octavia which shamefully has an exhaust trim on the right side with nothing behind it!!!!

Will consider offers on this - price reduced to £50.

In hindsight, it was a bit steep to begin with... Call it 'Yorkshireitis'. :P
