moved the rods that control the heat , now its stuck hot

hi , long story short , ive got a problem with weak air getting up yo my windscreen vents , the fan works upto full speed , new pollen filter but it seems to not want to blow to the top , ive got air coming out of the feet no matter what the windscreen , face or feet is pressed , upon searching i found on the drivers side the bottom damper is moving when i press up middle or down ok , on the other side ive moved a damper arm but now im getting red hot air to the passenger side no matter what the passenger heat dial is on , (look for 1 fault and make 2).
i think i need a vida dice ecc reset , ive looked on the stalk/fogg light dtc but mine doesnt seem to have this
is there anyone localish to me with vida dice to have a look for me , im in chesterfield , dont mind travelling so far. pm me cheers

Perhaps try moving again those arms? I removed the motors and moved the arms, then put back the motors. The metal arm on the left side opens the heat/cold air passage, while on the right side it's mainly for directing the air
