What about a facelift V60 built in 2013 without sensus (ie no glove button on dash)? I think it needs a dealer update?

I honestly thought that all FL V60s (so late 2013 onwards) had the uprated Sensus system. Do you have a DAB radio?

My car was registered September 2013. I do indeed have DAB.

That's odd. Being a late 2013 with DAB I'd have thought it should have the globe button! More info here on the download site (might be worth trying?)... https://www.volvocars.com/uk/support.../download-maps

thanks in advance
Our 2013 XC60 SE Lux (facelift model) with standard audio (no sat-nav, smallest screen) streams music via Bluetooth with no problem.
The 5 cylinder 2.0 D4 is a lovely engine. It has less power than either version of the 2.4, but with almost the same torque and without the weight of the AWD, real world performance is quite similar at legal speeds.
