Rear seat belt removal from roof?
Taking out the rearmost seats in boot that form 7 seater conversion.
Can see the top mount bolts behind the plastic housing that the dog guard/cargo nets clip into. My guess is the plastic cover pops off and I have access to seatbelt bolt? *hopes* there is no craziness that involves taking headlining partially out. Thanks in anticipation |

hi
removing the seatbelt from the roof should not take more than 7 min inc replacing the panels 1) first undo the torx 25 on the panel to the rear of the boot 2) remove the bolt holding the seatbelt (13/14mm) see pic 3) replace the panels, reverse step 1 hope that helps Warning!!! (if you are keeping/selling the belts) tie the seatbelts in place before removing (i used table ties) to stop the belt retracting otherwise if the seatbelt retracts fully you will have another job to release the belts |
