Volvo pull down dog guard fitment instructions

I've bought a volvo oe pull down dog guard for the xc70 as mine seems it was missing one.
I need to buy 2 new gas struts for it from ebay for a few £.
Anyway are there any instructions for fitment anywhere for how it mounts to the roof?

pdf copies of the Volvo how to install instructions that come with the guard.

For some reason the pdfs will not open from the 2012 upload, this can happen when a website gets a server upgrade.

I've posted them again; you don't need page 1 as it is just the plain cover sheet with the Volvo logo.

make sure you order the 80N ones - they are way cheaper than the Volvo OEMs and do the job - you don't need to remove the guard to fit the struts. When you remove the old spring retaining clip around the lower end they have a tendency to fly off when levered off the ball joint.

Are the bolts already fitted to the car as none arrived with the guard.

I known about the cheep eBay gas struts, bought some last year for the other v70xc

There aren't any bolts - the unit slots/drops ie spring loads into the upper location sockets on either side of the plastic surround above the rear windows (picture 4 page 4 of the pdfs)- approx 5cm back from a vertical line up from the rear seat back - if memory serves, they are the same ones that you use to locate the pull up standard cargo nets built into the rear seat backs of all P2 V70s: they slot together to form a parcel restraint as shown below.
