Replacing S40 2003 headlight
I'm trying to renew a headlight on a S40 2003 . How do you remove the existing headlight? I have removed the 4 nuts and 1 screw but can't see how to remove the existing headlight?

RE: Replacing S40 2003 headlight
remove the indicator lens to gain access to two bolts, slacken and remove the two bumper mounting bolts that are directly behind the headlight unit, you may have to partially remove the engine tray for access, undo the screw securing the relavent end of the bumper to the wing, then move it forwards slightly to gain clearance required for headlight removal. paul |
