hi all,whats ideal gap between 1/4 light glass frame on door to front windscreen pillar - are they adjustable from inside door?

I think the gap is just 'what looks best'. You can sort of piviot them so the top heads in or out, but to get the bottom to move looks like it need some slots ground in the attachment plate. This is my non-ES Volvo.

I could be totally wrong though. I'm still trying to get mine to seal correctly to cut down on the wind noise.

You can adjust the 1/4 light by removing the door card and then altering the bolts. The stainless steel finish plate needs to be removed and then resealed with Dum Dum or similar to cut down on wind noise. A lot of wind noise comes up through the hollow steering column and was originally sealed with sponge at the top end.
