Default HELP rear dear electrics packed up

My rear door drivers side electrics have packed up, (door lock and window). Has anybody else experienced this? I suspect this a connection but I can't get the rear door trim off. Can someone please explain how I do this?

Thanks for your help

Dealer/Volvo good will. I would still take it pack to the dealer and see what they have to say.

If you have FSH dealer history, I'd be taking it back and pleading poverty, lack of quality, fitness for use etc etc and see where you get.

Default Doors

Known problem, the rear door locking and window is controlled by the module in the corresponding front door. There is a known issue with the wiring connector in the front door 'a'pillar near the door check strap. Fix is to replace the connector and wiring car and door side on both sides of the car.
