Default Phase 2 headlights into a Phase 1

Have purchased a pair of V40 Phase 2 headlights off the Bay but they are to go in a Phase 1 model. Yes, we knew they were from a Phase 2.

There is a vertical four pin connector at the back of the light unit and if anyone can advise what each pin is for it would be a great help with setting up the wiring changes.

Ian here it is you won't have any flash function and to get this to work you need to link wires 4 and 5 if my memory server me right

When done it will light up the dipped beam and full beam together otherwise when you put full on it will turn dipped off

Thanks, Andy. I have passed the diagram on to 360dood and he will work on things from there. He wants to get to a local (big) breakers to have a look at some of the cars and possibly get some wiring parts.

There is a limit of 10Gb of bandwidth per month on PB. That is why I compress my photos at 75% JPEG and 1200x800 dimentions.
