PAS should be fine, rarely a problem, a few leaks are normal. Fluid is more important (Pentosin chf 11 or 201), a refresh is a good idea.

For the a/c bearing I made a video, a bearing recommendation in the video description https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAGDkwYSFY4

Not a bad idea! Didn't have any on hand so just put a bit of anti-seize on the last few threads before tightening. Hopefully that will help.

I think I finally got an idea why my PAS reservoir was leaking from the seal.
I didn't manage to reinstall the fluid reservoir all the way next to the coolant reservoir, the middle seals didn't want to go past each other.
The reservoir was sitting higher and the hood now would push on the cap and deform the seal.
I even bought a new cap from dealer for hell of a price but was suprised it was leaking even more than the old one.
So I just saw the cap wear on the hood liner and had a heureka.

Are you sure its seated on the coolant reservoir correctly?

The swelling of the tank over time can cause the fluid reservoir to crack the retainers on the cooling tank and force it to ride up. The only long-term solution is to replace the PAS fluid reservoir tank.

Thought I can vent on here, my Volvo in the last week has had:

New gearbox, new flywheel, new wheel bearing, new calliper and disc.

Oh, and I gave it a clean!

Hi! Yeah, I'm sure it now sits nice and firm, I didn't seat it correctly from a pulley and belt job.
However it's still leaking so now I'm gonna flip the seal on the new cap and if that doesn't work then it must be the tank seam and I'm getting a new PAS reservoir.

Now I can say that my PAS reservoir is definitely leaking from the middle seam, and more once the fluid gets warmer.
