What a list!!!!! This will take some beating.

I always try to ensure the main car will be 200+. although HP isnt everything, as some cars are high BHP, but still do not feel quick when acelerating away or overtaking. The gearbox makes a huge difference.

My 139 BHP Panther Kallista was certainly somewhat more spritely than my 250 BHP XC60!

Could not list all of mine but into about 130ish motors since 1997. Mostly breakers with short MOTs. Everything from K10 Micras to Vauxhall Carltons. Mostly MK2 Astra GTE 16vs (15 of them) and 14 MK2 Golf GTi 8vs. Back in the days where £250-500 got you a runner and you’d break it for 3x that easy.

Best effort was a 279bhp C20LET Bordeaux Red GTE 16v with Quaife Diff and 6speed box. Was daft fast back in 2003.

Currently in a 430bhp manual 2004 V70R and have other stuff either as daily hacks or mothballed projects

Worst car was by far a MK1 VW Caddy Sport. Owned for a week and was so glad to see back of it.
