Default [XC70] D5244T10 engine won't start...

Hi all,
My XC70 D5 twin turbo stop suddenly in neutral position without any bad sound.
If I push start button, engine turn normally but don't start. no error on panel
I've verified :
- fuel pressure ok
- common rail pressure verified ok for start (more than 325000 hpa with VIDA)
- No error on VIDA !!! (so, no sensor error !)

What problem can prevent the engine from starting without error on VIDA ?
- low pressure on common rail ? (not that, verified with VIDA)
- Bosch mass air flow sensor defect ?
- what else ?

Thank you in advance for your help...

Check the crankshaft and camshaft timing marks first.

What is the engine rpm when cranking?

RPM sound normally, same as engine start...

Ok, I'll check the crankshaft and camshaft timing tomorrow. But if one fail, there is no error reported on VIDA ?

You need the rpm reading in Vida.
The engine may be physically turning ok but if there's no rpm signal or the rpm signal is too low, the car won't start.

Not every failing component gives a fault code so you need live data to see if the figures are credible.

Hello,
after verification :
RPM : 190
automatic gearbox : start signal OK
tank pump : OK
air pressure sensor : OK
common ramp pressure : ??? What is minimum pressure needed for start ?

I think problem come from here...
I have pressure valve and control valve from my last engine, I can try exchange...

Around 2000 psi is needed to start but you often see much higher than that during cranking.

I'd change the fuel filter if it hasn't been done recently.

fuel filter is less than 1000km.
the more I advance, the less I understand my problem!!!
I have remove hoses from injection pump to distribution pipe (5). The fuel flows smoothly when try to start !
In injection pump inlet (2), I have pressure from tank pump...

Is my control valve (3) from injection pump defect ? or fully pump ?
