your advice on buying 1993 850 gl

I am preparing to buy my third Volvo.

This car has close to 200,000 miles, the drives side has been hit, owner says slight dent, radiator replaced, I am not sure how much I should pay for car

I live in Hawaii, the suggestions are between 1,000.00 dollars and 1500.00 She is asking 1500.00.

Besides the obvious, tire condition, all working lights, parts, nothing falling off...what else should I consider? I will get to see and drive car in two days
