So my v70 has cost me over £1400 this year!

£325 for the towbar. Fixed towbar
£510 tyres- Goodyear vector 4seasons x4
£610- 108k service and mot- only needed 1 inner tie rod arm.

Also had to replace windscreen washer pump.

So it's all done in time for selling next year.😁
It might seem alot but the way I see it volvo wanted more just for the service and towbar so in a way I have got the tyres for free- well that's how I'm viewing it.
So whoever buys it next spring/summer will be happy.
Still love the car though

Just fitted a towbar from PF Jones

They supplied a Volvo-specific wiring kit

All plug and play - no remap needed. Works fine (but cost £120 IIRC)

this one

Fitting instructions shown in the linky

It really was quite easy!!!

For those that have fitted their own towbar how easy was it? Did you have to take the exhaust off? Thinking of fitting a towbar to my V70. Is it more difficult with the twin exhaust?

Thanks
