Default For sale 745GLT b234

Hi there,

Looks like the time has come unfortunately for me to sell my 745, it will be the first time we have not had a Volvo on the road in 40 years.

Essentially its a very good car, I have had it on the road for about four years now, it's got the sixteen valve engine and an overdrive gearbox.

It's standard, nothing messed with, it's had a 940 headlining fitted so that's all good, it does have issues with the dashboard, the milometer stopped at just short of 200k, but any body who knows anything about these knows that's not a problem, the miles,

I had the head off it a couple of years ago as it burnt an exhaust valve out, it was burning oil at the time but found the cause, the small holes behind the oil control ring were blocked, cleared these, new rings and big end shells and it's run like a clock ever since.

I could go on for ages telling you about the car, but it is a genuine car, I would not like to see it broken for the head, they are a very rare thing, not many left at all these days.

If your serious give me a call 07800 996 35seven

Thanks

Default Miles

That is not so many miles as you first stated, unless the speedo has been changed.

For those that have looked at the photos, they may notice that the front wings and front edge of the bonnet have slight damage, this was done by a horse and trap, the rein snapped and sent it across the front, needless to say they were not insured...

But I have replacements, in the correct colour and with 16v badges, they came off a 16v 940

Thanks again

That looks like a instrument cluster from a mk2 golf, maybe you got the wrong picture? Have you got pictures of the exterior?

I was thinking Jetta, but definitely not a 740.
