Cars On The Green (Motor Show, Suffolk, June 2016)

Hi all,

Just an update to confirm the date is Sunday 19th June 2016.

I've messaged the organisers to let them know of our presence and so we should get a decent group exhibit space in the park.

Applications open soon but have said we won't know exact numbers until closer to the time.

Will follow this post shortly with some more info and the more the merrier so please join!!

Really excited by the amount of interest shown here

I believe that all the cars have to be in place before 10am - obviously they don't want cars driving around whilst there's people walking around - it's a health and safety disaster .

I have set up an email address so people can send me their intent to join:

VolvoCarsAtTheGreen@hotmail.com

This would help me determine the people who are are coming from the people considering and help me come up with a number to forward to the event organisers .

All I would need is your name and your car - as an option if you want you can add a mobile number and I can send you a text back so you have mine - this means if you get lost on the day or are running late , emergencies etc or need a quick method of communication then you have it.

Hi all,

The booking forms are available now and am looking into booking sooner rather than later (gets us a much better spot!)

So rather than just gauging interest, I'm looking for people who can give a definite answer (I've asked how long we have to send the forms in in order to get a spot with enough cars).

A show of hands please - getting quite excited now - let's hope the weather holds up!
