Up for maintenance service with volvo select warranty
Hi, got a reminder for our v40 approved used car that its up for 2yr maintenance service. Purchased it Nov. 2019 (Reg:67, actual schedule Oct 2020). We took out Volvo select warranty at that time. I wonder how would the warranty be applied if in case I go for a reliable Independent garage (not dealer). Dealer quote is £440, an independent (Volvo approved) £280 including parts and service.
I checked mondial service plan, £1104 for 36 months, but it covers materials and service that would redundant the select extended warranty for material warranty right? Hope you could advise best way to go. Thanks. |
