Default V50 D2 clunking noise when shifting and shuddering

Hello all. I recently purchased a 2012 Volvo D2 with 160k on the odometer. I was hoping to get some guidance on some issues I've noticed with the car. When I am in second gear right after shifting from first, the car will shudder between 1000-2000 RPM. I cannot tell if the entire car is shaking, or if it is just the motor. I have seen a few others with similar issues but I have never seen a conclusion to this so I will post it here once I figure it out. There is a good deal of clunking when I shift into gear. Really, it is whenever I let my foot on and off the gas. My gut would be that it is some issue with an engine or trans mount, but would a bad DMF cause this and be relating to the shuddering? Regarding the shuddering, if I am real easy on the gas as it goes up in RPM it will not do it. If I floor it, it will shudder and shake until I get to about 2000 RPM.

I have a warranty with the car and it went back the day after purchase. The dealers mechanic swears up and down that there is nothing wrong with the car and he has looked everything over. I have been wrenching on cars for years, but due to my new location in Sweden I do not have the tools or space to check anything out myself. Any guidance you guys can give me on this or if you have seen something similar, it is greatly appreciated.
