Doesn't work on my car, possibly because I have a sim in the boot and it gets its signal through that rather than the phone. Maybe if I remove that sim it would work?
I've not registered on the site at all, because the app crashed the first time I used it.

Should work as it is a Volvo Sensus app using the Volvo installed modem.

It crashed after or during the update procedure, as explained in the original posts.
My reply above was to the suggested answer, which is now on the previous page [it is on my screen anyhow].

Yes still greyed out. I have not removed the car's SIM card yet though. I'm posting this message using the car's connection and an iPad connected to it.
Or I was until Sensus shut down a moment ago, so now I'm connected through my phone's hotspot instead. Isn't modern technology wonderful. :-)

I see.

If you wish, you could try the steps I outlined earlier.( I would suggest removing the sim card first)
If you are able to uninstall tunein, it does not really matter whether you have a Tunein account or not,( unless you have favorite stations in which case signing back in reloads all your favorites.

If you successful let me know.

Cheers

Job done. The sim doesn't need removing from the boot. It can be disabled in the Sensus menu. Press the tab at the top to get 'settings' then 'communication' [i think its called] and untick the box. Back to the apps and installed apps and the 'remove' button is now active. Just remove and re-install and Bob's your Uncle.

My tunein was working fine but after your post I checked my app and my delete tab was grayed too but today it is ok and back to normal,
but oddly after updating voice control that no longer works, have opened new thread on that.

Same trick might work to uninstall and then re-install the app.

There is no facility that I know of to uninstall voice control. I have tried putting previous version back on but still no good.
