VolvoTech Reversing Camera CFE Plus

Hi, If this has been posted before sorry. I have just installed the CFE Plus and reversing camera from VolvoTech.
When I put the car into reverse, the screen goes black, when I put it into Park, the camera comes on for about thre seconds then goes back to the navi screen.

I have tried to contact them but no answer. I have updated the CFE Plus unit and made sure it is all ok. I am a total novice and bought this because of the reviews and so called ease of installation.

Any help would be really appreciated.

Is yours a ‘new model’ XC60 from this year? - As I dont think the CFE works with that, if its the previous model, it lives in the S60/XC60 part of this site.

Have you seen this video, there are some connectors to swap over from original socket behind audio unit to the new socket.
