Default SRS reset

Hi . I have just had my DIM repaired by Lukas at Volvo Dignostics. Excellent service. Sent Saturday morning and recieved back Today ( Tuesday). All working ok but when the DIM went kaput it set off the SRS warning. I have tried to reset with a Snap On code reader but the option to reset DIM does not show on the menu. Does anyone in the Trowbridge or Chippenham area have Vida and would be willing to reset. typically the MOT is due shortly so I do need to get this done. Failing this would I have to go to MRG despite them now being a Subaru dealer. Car is 2003v70 D5. Derek

Yep - you need to clear the SRS. Resetting the DIM won't clear it as the DIM is just reading the fault code stored in the CEM.

I have had the SRS cleared now. Kings in Westbury did it in about 10 seconds. Thanks for replies. Derek
