Thanks for coming back, I just want to check where you gave the cables a prod from ?

Did you remove the inner door card to do this ?

I just removed the outer door card. The inner one seems to be impossible to remove without damaging it. Once you've removed the outer card, unclip the wires and you'll then see a round rubber cap with volvo written on it

Hi. I thought I'd post a quick update!

I managed to get my key-less entry working again, as mentioned it was simply corrosion on the connections.

Out of 4 doors, only 1 worked, now all 4 are working

Here's how I removed the handles for anyone interested: https://www.volvoforums.org.uk/showthread.php?p=2374136

I know this post is a little old but it's very relevant to me. I bought a 2013 s60 in August this year which has the keyless entry, this exact problem happened to me, passenger side. Its just been into my local dealer for replacement handles under the warranty, problem 1 is that the new painted handles are at least a couple of shades darker than the rest of the car (in passion red), secondly one handle is just painted below standard, and the best thing, the problem showed it was still there before I left the dealer after putting on the new handles. This suggests to me the old handles could be fine 🤔

Default V60 keyless fixed!

New to this form and old Saab mechanic with a nice Volvo I am being schooled on ... and had problems with driver side front worked sometime back not at all on my 2015 v60 with a lot a-lot of patience .I cleaned and switch the fronts working fine now .last week .now I just finished the driver rear .I found water in the connection so I cleaned and this is my trick as well . I jam full the socket with dialectic grease .fills the spaces so water might not get back in and should make the connection better .all work fine for now at least ..Thanks post I found the dam backdoor screw behind the seal ..
