For sale my loved and cherished 2006 Volvo V70 D5 185 SE with the desirable 6 speed manual gearbox. Owned since June 2018, It has now covered 205k miles, and comes with an extensive service and maintenance history, with invoices and receipts for work carried out during my ownership. Service book stamps show services carried out prior to my ownership, at 3k, 12k, 27k, 40k,53k, 66k, 79k, 92k, 105k, 117k, 129k, 142k. In my ownership I have completed services at 154k, 165k, 174k, 183k, 190k, 202k. The engine was overhauled at 186k and was done to cure excessive oil consumption. The work was extensive and included new rings and bearings, a cylinder head overhaul, fitting a new cambelt kit, new water pump and a new oil pump. Invoices and receipts for other work carried out including new front discs, pads and calipers, new inner and outer tie rods, new o2 sensor and new steering angle sensor. Advisory free MOT, till 06/2024. It comes in attractive Ruby Red metallic paint and Charcoal interior with leather seats. Front seats are heated and driver’s seat has memory. The bodywork and interior are in excellent condition. Tyres are all Goodyear Efficient Grips and all have about 7mm tread. It has a detachable towbar, and an ISOFIX seat bracket is also fitted. It has just completed a 2.5k mile round trip to Brittany without issue. In the name of transparency I would mention that the aircon doesn’t blow cold, the headlight washers don’t work due to blocked pipes and the fuel filler flap doesn’t lock (solenoid).
