Since I am no longer inclined to buy anything from Russia, is there a comprehensive "How To" thread for this mod on a 2012 XC70?

A good How To should define the model and list the parts and tools required. It should show pictures of the modification site on the car and any work in progress and a final picture of the finished job before any covers are replaced.

Is there anything like this available? The quoted thread is vague because the modder knows what he is doing and can't believe that others have less understanding of the technology involved.
