Hi all. Dealer issue. Reported to Volvo CS. Lots of promises. No proactive contact. Been on going since September. Fourth chase with CS team over a week ago and despite being promised the issue is with ‘management’’ and promises of an update the following day still no contact or progress. So whilst I appreciate the comments and suggestions of a more conciliatory approach should be taken I feel Volvo upper management need to be aware at how poor their CS team are. Any other suggestions greatly appreciated.

Hard to comment without knowing the warranty issue. It’s either covered or it’s not.

Also his contract is with only the dealer it is nothing to do with Volvo UK ... if he is not getting any answers he needs to go through the usual retail complaint channels .. however not much else we can comment on at present ..
