2005 V70 D5 for sale 213,000 miles

I've been tempted by a deal on a MK3 V70 so I need to move on my current MK2

Owned for the last 2.5 years and its covered 48k in that time. Currently 213k.

163bhp model, black engine cover, pre-DFP.

Automatic.

Some service history from prior to my ownership, but then I've serviced it every 8,000 miles myself. Cambelt done at 173k by independent specialist.

Starts, drives and stops as it should. Engine still pulling strong and delivers around 47mpg (according to car.) Gearbox seems fine, and oil has been changed.

Its does have the common leak from the power steering rack. Power steering fluid does need filling up regularly and is using maybe 1 litre every 12 months/24k miles.

Car is metallic blue, which looks black in most lights. Body work is ok. Several car park dents and scratches. Top coat has failed below rear passenger door window leaving a bare metal patch (around 50p in size.) this has been sanded back and clear coated. (i've been told its a difficult colour to touch up, so didn't want to make it look worse with a bad rattle can cover up.)

All alloys have minor curb damage and have been painted matt black at some point. Four Avon ZV7 tyres all with around 4mm tread.

Beige leather interior in good condition. Usual cracked plastic behind electric seat adjustment on drivers side.

A/C works well.

Radio is being problematic. CD player and AM radio always works, FM usually doesn't on first start up, but then will randomly start working. Fitted with an aftermarket Alpine DAB radio transmitter thing. Also connects to your phone. Works well, when the FM radio is working!

Rubber fitted floor mats and rear boot cover.

Tow bar fitted, but I've never used.

Original dog guard fitted.

Goes in for its MOT tomorrow (10th Oct) so will have 12 months MOT on it.

Great load lugger for somebody not doing the sort of annual mileage I do.
