Is anyone interested if I get them to make a pattern, have just fitted their product to my Fiesta and are very nice quality but I need to show them there is some interest/demand.

Price dont't know yet but Fiesta pair were £22 so should be well under Volvo prices!

BTW these fold around the sill step and protect the whole sill not just the top flat section!
Are you only talking about the front door sills? My problem is the rear door sills when the grandchildren try to clamber over the very high step to get into the back of the car - paintwork is scuffed already
I would be interested if it includes all 4 doors.

OK, had the car measured up today, no problems in getting these made.

I am going back to get the templates checked next Weds before they go into production, will give another uopdate after that.

We measured the profile front and rear, these sill scuff plates will be in stainless steel and will fit around the contours covering the sill from the rubber door seal down to the plastic sill section.

I will then go back and get a proper production version fitted and piccies taken.
It is likely the first production run will be 30 sets, will let you know as soon as they are avialable.

Mine is a SE Lux so it might be a good idea if someone can compare the R-Design sill and just make sure there is no difference in profile/gap!

Cheers,

Ian.
