Default Couple of Questions

Hi All

I have just bought an XC70. It's a lovely car, I have a couple of questions which I am sure the collective wisdom on here will be able to help me with (I haven't had a chance to look into them properly yet:

1. What size screws/bolts hold the undertray in place? There is a tapping from underneath which seems to be that. My local dealer wasn't overly helpful in giving the size, just saying they would be £2.16 + VAT each....

2. The car has random intermittent electrical issues - messages will come up and say things like 'Parking Assist Service Required' or 'Dipped beam bulb failure' and various others, which then clear. Of course the bulb hasn't gone and the Park Assist feature works sometimes. Also, the radio/cd player comes on, but sometimes I get no sound from it (I don't know if there is a separate amplifier for it), and then the sound will come back suddenly. There are a fair few others. I am thinking it may be something like a bad earth somewhere. If anyone has any ideas (e.g. 'They all do that, Sir. It's a thingy in the whatsit come loose) I would be grateful.

Thanks in advance
