Sat Nav/Phone: Upgrade path XC90 MY2007 RTI?

Dear Forum,
Reading various posts on the topic, there seem to be many variables determing the right answer, therefore this question:
What is the correct upgrade path to follow when upgrading the Satnav from this current version:
Satnav: HDD based in XC90 registered August 2007
HW P/N: 0030752407 AD
SW P/N: 0031215647 AB
Map P/N: 31215648 AA
SW Version: 00000740/02320
Map Version: AEU_06_200701D

- is this the "MMM+" system?
- do I need to perform any intermediate updates or right away to the latest & greatest?
- which are the corresponding part numbers?

Thanks for the link. It suggests:
Volvo RTI - 2010.1 - Europe (MMM+)
Volvo Part Number: 31310193

However, 2006/2007 was the changeover from the previous version of the RTI system, for that one the site recommends:
Volvo RTI - 2010.1 - Europe (MMM/P2001)
Volvo Part Number: 31310191

Can someone confirm that my system (see initial post):
- needs either one of the above?
- does not need any 'intermediate' upgrade?
