i got same reply from ebay seller as previously mentioned not sure it is worth risk for about £100. volvo warrington quoted me £535 supply only for running boards +£75 fitting. apparently it is easy to fit so prob have go myself. so if anybody finds two xc90 running boards at the roadside they have fallen of my car.

If I remember correctly the original bolts have are 18mm AF (across the flats) but are 19mm on the longer replacement ones.
Oh and OEM means Original Equipment Manufacture.

I managed to get price down to £1050 all in for running boards and front park sensors from dealer that's supplying the car.

Default XC90 Advice

Hi, This is certainly a great car. However I have had ongoing problems with my engine, which has just yesterday been fixed (10,000 miles into ownership). When accellerating hard (with a warm engine of course) there's a clackety rattle that kicks in at 3200 RPM. This seems to be common. It's the second fuel injectors kicking in, but sounds wey too noisy. I've driven a couple of cars like it. If yours has this problem, the answer is to have Volvo give you the 205 BHP polstar upgrade (normally £650). This doesn't eradicate the problem, but changes the second injectors to 3700-3900 RPM which you don't notice too much, and with the extra BHP you don't need to go that high on RPM as the car really shifts. An added bonus is that I'm also getting an extra 3MPG!! Running boards really set the car off too. Enjoy!!
